Carbon-Negative Activated Carbon
ACTIVATED CARBONS
Tailored for Any Application
The market for activated carbons has grown significantly in recent years and is expected to grow from $4.4 billion in 2023 to $ 7.0 billion by 2028.
Activated carbons are used across various industrial sectors including municipal water purification, groundwater remediation, medical devices, mining, pharmaceuticals and even the food industry.

PFAS REMEDIATION
Removing "Forever Chemicals" from Our Water
PFAS (per- or poly fluoroalkyl substances) are chemicals that are found widely in man-made consumer, commercial and industrial products. These chemicals take thousands of years to break down, persisting in our air, water, and soil. Scientific studies show that low-levels of PFAS have been found in the blood of humans and animals and may be linked to harmful health effects.
Hyera has developed the only activated carbon product proven to remove both short- and long-chain PFAS contaminants from our municipal water and waste streams.
HYDROGEN
Clean Energy, No Limits

While making sustainable activated carbon, Hyera also generates green hydrogen and thermal energy as valuable co-products. Our carbon-negative factory operates off-grid, powered by renewable sources like biomass, solar, wind, and hydrogen fuel cells.
We maximize efficiency by utilizing waste energy from our carbonization processes to power our electrolysis system and efficiently produce clean hydrogen at a competitive price. This clean hydrogen supports industrial, agricultural, and backup power needs, all while reducing CO2 emissions.
